BIG ZUU

Any grime fan who knows their stuff will be familiar with Big Zuu. Rooted in grime but embracing fresh influences, he first came to prominence as part of the MTP Crew alongside AJ Tracey, Ets and Sketch.

Currently working on his next project, Big Zuu will release his new four-track EP ‘We Will Walk’ in May. The rapper opens his latest release with the uplifting new track 'Say No', a salute to dogged determination that affirms “you can make it on your own”. He comments: “‘Say No’ is my first release this year and it’s an intro to the kind of vibe I’m trying to bring with my music overall.”

"[It’s] filled with motivation and reminders that we can make it on our own by believing in our powers,” he adds. ““Don’t let em say no” perfectly captures the message of not taking no for an answer when it comes to your dreams and that you CAN make a change no matter where you come from."

Don’t miss Big Zuu’s positively charged set at the Clash 111 Launch Party!

LAST NIGHT IN PARIS

Stateside hip-hop has been fragmenting for years, with a plethora of micro-scenes developing new sounds and their own distinct identities. So it was only a matter of time before these new developments impacted upon the UK.

Last Night In Paris are perhaps an obvious parallel to what's going on in America, but with their own very unique twist. As much of an arts collective as a band, they are comprised of rappers, designers, producers and film makers wh ocollaborate to make a very powerful and cohesive whole.

Also known to throw some very hot parties and gatherings, their descending upon the Clash Live stage for the evening is sure to yield some high energy results.

BROTHER LEO

We are excited to bring Scandi-pop sensation Brother Leo to the stage for this months event. Tune into last summers Fat Boy Slim produced ''Strangers On An Island' now, a delicious melody laden slice of laid back pop. Tune into the video directed by Mary Clerté below. Brother Leo new single 'Shine' is released April 19th on Columbia Records - just in time for our launch party. We are all in for a treat, ensure you arrive early to avoid missing out!

KADIATA

Rising London rap talent Kadiata was born in Angola but moved to London when he was four-years-old, settling in the Pimlico area. Striving to push forwards, Kadiata spent 2018 building his reputation, working on his craft. New single 'Margherita' is out now, and it could be the point where the rapper breaks out. Oozing charm and completely infectious, it's an ode to aspiration, an uplifting track that surges into fresh territories. Kadiata says the single is “an anthem for anyone trying to live their best life and better themselves in every way,” so come and bask in his aspirational glow with us!

OJERIME

Ojerime is a London gal through and through. You can hear it in her vernacular and sonic imprint, concomitant of growing up in a metropolitan melting pot. Take the garage-inflected ‘I Know Now’ - one of the best songs you’ll hear this year - home to idioms that only a Londoner could get away with.

With ‘4U’ - a seven-track continuous mix of certified bangers - Ojerime took her affinity for DIY song-craft, elevating it through collaboration - primarily with fellow South Londoner Raj Forever - delivering a more refined collection of Futurist-R&B alongside input from Miles From Kinshasa. Expect choice cuts from this and more at her Clash Live set this month.

DJ Sky and ItzMe will also be spinning alongside Clash DJs, so come on down, grab a complimentary copy of Clash 111, and see in the spring season surrounded by cool heads, cold drinks, and the sweetest sounds

Please note: the event is 18+ and ID is essential
